Does every room have a private bathroom?
 

Yes. Every guest room at The Kintner House has its own private bathroom. Bathrooms are located within the
individual guest rooms and are not shared with other guests.

What is a boutique hotel?

A boutique hotel is a smaller hotel known for its individuality, distinctive design, personal atmosphere, and
connection to its location. Unlike a conventional chain hotel, rooms may differ from one another, and the
property itself is an important part of the guest experience.

Are all of the rooms the same?

No. The Kintner House was built in 1873, and each guest room has a different size, layout, arrangement, and
architectural character. Photographs and room details should be reviewed when making your reservation.

Can I rent the entire Kintner House?​
